Yes! We’ll handle all of your minor updates, like:

• Operating hours, phone or address updates.
• Form updates.
• Changing an Image.
• etc.

Minor updates are generally considered any update taking less than 10 minutes. So, while we won’t build new pages or restructure the site, we will take care of your small requests.

If it’s not covered, we can still usually handle the request for a small fee.

In general, you’ll need to provide us with content for your website. Once you sign up for services, we begin setting up your domain and hosting services, so we cannot pause your subscription. 

We’ll work with you to help create content if needed. Just ask about our content writing services during your initial design consultation.

Once our designers have completed your website design, you’ll have two rounds of revisions.

Our number one goal is ensure you experience the highest level of service from our team. Though unlikely, if you are still unsatisfied with the design, our executive team will personally work with you on next steps.

Our guaranteed delivery time (1-2 weeks) does not include the time it takes to receive your input at each stage of the process. So, it’s important that you are attentive to our requests during this stage, so we can deliver your website as quickly as possible.

Yes! You don’t have to worry about setting up hosting or knowing any of the lingo.

Included in every plan is our free hosting, setup and domain name services.

Yes! Upon completion of your site, we’ll provide you with access to and training for the administration of your site. 

You’ll be able to log in and make any edits including adding new pages and blog posts.

You can also submit your minor updates to our team and we’ll handle those as part of our unlimited updates guarantee.

If you have questions, please contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process. 

Yes! After your one-year agreement is complete, you are free to export your website and move anywhere you’d like. Unlike other services that hold your site hostage, you retain 100% ownership of your site once the initial service is completed.

You may cancel at any time after the completion of your one year agreement. You may also cancel early with an early buyout fee equal to 80% of your remaining balance.

We have partnered with Stripe to handle our payment processing. Manage your subscription directly through the Stripe Portal.

You will receive an email notice if your card is declined. We will re-attempt to bill the card on file; however, if the account remains unpaid after 30 days we will disable the site until the account is brought current.

If your account is past due more than 60 days and you are still within your one-year agreement period, we will charge you the early cancellation fee equal to 80% of your remaining agreement balance.
